As my husband navigated stage 4 cancer treatment, as I cared for a 30 week preemie, as life felt uncertain and stretched thin, I needed somewhere to breathe.
Foofu held creativity.
Handmade jade jewelry.
Personalized pieces.
Small offerings made with care.
It was a place where I could express, process, and keep going.
Over time, something deeper began to grow.
Not just creativity, resilience, but practice.
Meditation was no longer something I visited occasionally.
It became something I lived.
The path of inner work, soul reflection, and soul planning slowly moved from the background of my life to the center.
Foofu carried me through survival.
