Awarness in eeryday life
Meditation does not have to stay only on the cushion.
Anytime Anywhere Meditation is a gentle way of remembering that awareness is already available in daily life. It invites us to notice simple moments, such as breathing, listening, walking, pausing, resting, or meeting daily challenges, as part of practice.
This approach gently reminds us that meditation is not about creating a perfect state of mind. It is about learning to return, again and again, to the present moment with openness, kindness, and care.
Sometimes practice may happen in a quiet room. Sometimes it may happen while washing dishes, walking to the car, waiting in line, or taking one small breath before responding to life. In this way, meditation slowly becomes less separate from daily life. It becomes a gentle companion in how we meet ourselves, others, and the changing world around us.
This page is also shaped by my ongoing learning through Tergar International’s Meditation Teacher Program, which I am currently completing and anticipate finishing in August 2026. This space will continue to grow as the learning and practice deepen.

Anytime Anywhere Meditation 是一種溫柔的練習方式,提醒我們,覺察其實早已存在於日常生活之中。
它邀請我們在簡單的時刻中練習,例如呼吸、聆聽、行走、停下來、休息,或是在面對生活中的挑戰時,重新看見當下。
這樣的方式溫柔地提醒我們,禪修不是為了創造一個完美的心境,而是學習一次又一次地回到當下,帶著開放、善意與關懷,重新連結自己的經驗。
有時候,練習可能發生在安靜的房間裡。
有時候,它也可能發生在洗碗、走向車子、排隊等待,或是在回應生活之前,先輕輕呼吸一下的時刻。
慢慢地,禪修不再像是與生活分開的事情。它可以成為一種溫柔的陪伴,陪我們面對自己、他人,以及不斷變化的世界。
此處的分享也受到我目前在 Tergar International Meditation Teacher Program 持續學習的影響。
我目前正在完成這個培訓,預計於 2026 年 8 月完成。這個空間也會隨著學習與練習的深入,慢慢地分享更多內容。
