Rather than teaching meditation as a technique to fix or improve yourself, this space invites you to slowly rediscover the clarity and steadiness that already exist within you. The guidance shared here is simple, practical, and designed to support real life, not to escape from it.
My approach is deeply influenced by the teachings of Yongey Mingyyur Rinpoche and the mission and vision shared through Tergar, which emphasize meditation as something we can practice anytime and anywhere. Awareness is not limited to a cushion or a quiet room. It can be touched in breathing, walking, pausing, listening, feeling, and even in moments of stress or uncertainty.
Meditation guidance offered here may support you in:
• building a gentle and sustainable personal practice
• learning how to meet thoughts and emotions with kindness
