Each person arrives with a different question, rhythm, or inner sense.
Some are curious about meditation. Some are moving through a life transition.
Some are simply looking for a quieter way to listen inward.

The offerings here are simple starting points. They support a deeper understanding of what is already present and invite awareness through different doorways. Some are reflective, some experiential, some one-to-one, and some shared.

You may be drawn to exploring your natural strengths and life themes through a soul plan reading, learning how meditation can be woven into everyday life, or resting into an IET-based healing session. In time, meditation guidance and small group workshops inspired by the Tergar approach will also become available.

There is no required order and no expectation to do more than feels right.
These are gentle ways to begin.

A soul plan is a map of this life, seen from the soul’s perspective.
It is not meant to predict the future. Rather than telling you what will happen, a soul plan offers insight into why certain patterns, themes, or challenges may be present in this lifetime. It gently highlights the underlying intentions of the soul, including key life lessons, inner strengths, and areas of growth.
Through a Soul Plan Reading, we explore these life themes and potentials together. The process can support a deeper sense of clarity, self understanding, and compassion toward your own journey. For many, it becomes a quiet reminder of what already lives within, and an invitation to slowly realign with oneself.

Meditation Guidance · 禪修指導 (In Formation)

Meditation guidance is offered here as a simple and practical way to explore awareness within everyday life.
My approach is shaped through continued learning and everyday practice, supported by the guidance of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche and the teachings shared through Tergar. The emphasis is on an “anytime, anywhere” approach to meditation that can be woven naturally into daily life.
At this stage, I offer meditation guidance in a limited and intentional way. Current offerings may include one-to-one mini sessions and small group introductory workshops. These sessions are designed as gentle entry points, supporting curiosity, steadiness, and a gradual return to present-moment awareness.
While this work is informed by contemplative traditions, the meditation guidance offered here is non-religious and does not require any belief system. The focus remains on direct experience, kindness, and learning how awareness can be lived rather than practiced in isolation.
Details regarding session format, timing, and fees will be shared once the length, depth, and number of sessions are determined.

(禪修導師培訓中,預計 2026 年 8 月完成)

此處提供的禪修指導,是一種簡單而實際的方式,邀請你在日常生活中探索覺知。
在進入禪修導師培訓之前,我已有十多年的禪修經驗與實際體悟。
這段修行歷程主要在海外進行,長時間以中英文雙語的環境學習與實修,禪修也逐漸成為我生活中穩定而自然的一部分。
目前我正處於禪修導師培訓的學習階段,持續接受系統性的指導與練習,學習如何以清楚、溫和且貼近生活的方式,引導他人進行禪修。
我的引導方式,來自持續的學習與日常修行,並受到詠給‧明就仁波切與 美國 Tergar 所分享教導的支持。此培訓特別著重於將禪修帶入真實生活中,以「隨時隨地」都能運用的方式,培養覺察、穩定與善意,而非追求特定狀態或形式。
在目前的階段,我以有限且有覺知的方式提供禪修引導。可能的形式包括一對一的短時禪修練習,以及小型入門團體課程,作為溫和而踏實的起點,支持好奇、穩定,以及慢慢回到當下的覺察。
雖然此引導受到長久以來的內在修行傳統所啟發,但此處提供的禪修並不屬於任何宗教,也不需要特定的信仰背景。重點在於從實際經驗出發,以溫柔的方式,慢慢學習讓覺知成為生活中的一部分。
